Concert

The SAFDF concert showcases the beautiful talent and energy of local performing folk dance groups, plus the occasional special guest or two from further away. These performances, together with the fabulous ambiance and professional stage of OLLU's Thiry Auditorium, combine for an unforgettable evening of music, song, and dance.

Here is only a partial list of performing groups you will see this year:

• Mariachi songs performed by Sebastien De La Cruz
• Komenka Ethnic Dance Ensemble (New Orleans, LA)
• Fandango (San Antonio Parks and Recreation)
• Csardas Hungarian Dancers (Austin, TX)
• Wongai Dance and Drum Ensemble
• Karilagan Philippine Cultural Group

Tickets

You may purchase tickets for the concert:

• At the door

Ticket prices are as follows:

• $5.00 if purchased before March 11, 2012
• $7.00 if purchased after March 11, 2012, or at the door
• Free for children ages 6 and under

Seating is general admission.
